Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Overland Park, KS
Join the DBS Laredo team as an experienced Solo CDL A driver in our flatbed division. We provide reliable freight, competitive compensation, and ensure our drivers receive the home time they deserve while feeling respected and supported.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver flatbed loads safely and efficiently to customers.
- Comply with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum experience in flatbed truck driving.
- Strong focus on safety and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Freight: Flatbed
- Pay: $0.65 CPM
- Tarp pay per load: $50
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Home Time: Bi-weekly
- W2 contract with benefits
