OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Ponca City, OK by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Key Tasks:
- Load, tarp, and secure freight properly
- Drive coast-to-coast routes safely
- Handle trip documentation with precision
Operate advanced trucks featuring sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, and removable rider seats backed by in-house maintenance. Base pay is $0.70/mile, rising to $0.80/mile with performance incentives, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Enjoy consistent home time and comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Must have Class A CDL and at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience.
