Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Ridgeway, IA
HMD Trucking is actively hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, along with performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Our drivers benefit from a modern fleet of over 500 trucks that include:

- Full in-house maintenance support
You will receive payment for every haul (tarp or not) and enjoy regular home time. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
