Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy Description
Join HMD Trucking’s flatbed team in Saint Joseph, MO. Operate solo on nationwide routes with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Primary Tasks:
- Secure, tarp, and transport flatbed freight
- Conduct daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch
Compensation & Rewards:
- Base pay at $0.70/mile plus $0.10 CPM bonuses
- $5,000 sign-on bonus and regular home time
