Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Shady Grove, FL
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight throughout the country. We offer strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety and productivity), and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
What We Offer:
- Drive modern trucks from a fleet of over 500 vehicles, equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, removable rider seats, and complete in-house maintenance support.
- Get paid for every haul, with or without tarping.

Qualifications:
- Class A CDL required.
- Minimum of 12 months of OTR flatbed driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
