Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy Description
Step into a driver-focused team hauling flatbed freight nationwide with competitive pay and reliable routes.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and secure loads on flatbed trailers across regional and national lanes
- Tarp and un-tarp freight as needed
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain logs
- Communicate with dispatch for smooth operations
