Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Job Duties:
- Operate flatbed trailers safely on OTR routes
- Properly secure and tarp loads to DOT specs
- Ensure timely, compliant deliveries
Driver Incentives:
- $0.70/mile base plus up to $0.10 CPM performance bonus
- $5,000 sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO & 401(k)
Requires Class A CDL and 12 months of OTR flatbed experience.
