Flatbed Company Driver W2 - Springdale, AR
DBS Laredo is looking for skilled Solo CDL A drivers for our flatbed fleet in Springdale. We provide steady freight, competitive wages, and reliable home time while keeping our drivers supported and respected.
Your Role Includes:
- Safely transport flatbed cargo to designated locations.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws.
- Maintain accurate delivery and trip records.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A is required.
- Previous flatbed driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving history with a focus on safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Freight: Flatbed
- Pay: $0.65 CPM
- Tarp pay per load: $50
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Home Time: Bi-weekly
- W2 contract with benefits
