Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Springfield, MO
Join HMD Trucking as we look for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage rates starting at $0.65 per mile, with additional performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, alongside a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Criteria for Applicants:
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
- At least 12 months of experience driving OTR flatbeds.
- A strong focus on safety and success in your driving career.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
