Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In The Villages, FL
HMD Trucking is searching for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, with performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, alongside a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

You'll receive payment for every haul, whether tarping is involved, and enjoy regular home time. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
