Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Warwick, RI
HMD Trucking is actively seeking experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We provide strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, with performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A Class A CDL and at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience.
- A dedication to safety and a desire to be part of a committed team.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
