OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job by HMD Trucking

HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 / mile, with performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Drivers enjoy modern trucks from our 500+ vehicle fleet—equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, removable rider seats, and full in-house maintenance support. You'll get paid for every haul (tarp or not), have regular home time, plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
If you have a Class A CDL, at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, join HMD for competitive pay, dependable freight, and a driver-focused team that values safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
