Eclectic Logistics offers Allentown-based flatbed drivers a supportive platform to build equity while driving quality equipment. Expect a mix of regional and longer-haul flatbed work focused on safe, timely freight movement and professional customer service.

What you'll do:

Operate modern tractor-trailer flatbed combinations and perform required inspections.
Safely secure, tarp, and transport diverse loads using industry best practices.
Maintain accurate logs, liaise with dispatch, and uphold delivery schedules.

Compensation & Benefits: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and access to a 1-year lease-to-own program. Drivers receive 2019–2020 Peterbilt/Kenworth/Freightliner units, pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, systematic equipment inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
