Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Weekly Gross:$7,500–$10,000 average to truck
  • Trailer Rent:$500 Conestoga / $375 Aluminum Open / $300 Combo Open
  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Eclectic Logistics invites Altoona, PA flatbed drivers to our lease-purchase initiative. Operate state-of-the-art rigs and work toward ownership while boosting your earnings.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Haul and secure flatbed loads across regional and OTR routes
  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections and comply with DOT regulations
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs and route communication
