Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Vacancy Description

Eclectic Logistics is redefining flatbed trucking in Ann Arbor with a focus on driver benefits and innovation.

Collect 80% of gross revenue, typically $7,500–$10,000 weekly, and work toward ownership within 12 months.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate flatbed trailers on regional and local runs
  • Execute secure load setups and pre-trip inspections
  • Comply with DOT and safety requirements
