Eclectic Logistics offers a driver-first culture and flexible flatbed opportunities in Appleton, WI. In this lease-purchase position you will operate modern flatbed equipment, manage load securement and tarping, and deliver freight safely while upholding company and DOT standards.

Your Responsibilities:

Secure and transport flatbed freight using industry best practices.
Conduct thorough pre/post-trip and equipment inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and follow company procedures.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and 24/7 support.

Compensation is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000. The lease-to-own path can lead to ownership in one year; equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner. A pet/rider-friendly policy and a 90-day test drive are provided.
