Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)
  • No balloon payment

Eclectic Logistics pioneers modern freight solutions with a driver-centered culture. As a lease-to-own flatbed operator in Arlington, you’ll manage 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner equipment while enjoying 80% of gross revenue.

What You’ll Do:

  • Secure and transport flatbed loads regionally
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks
  • Maintain accurate delivery records per DOT standards
