Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
No more than one accident (last 3 years)
No more than 3 job changes per year
No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Weekly Gross:$7,500–$10,000 average to truck
Trailer Rent:$500 Conestoga / $375 Aluminum Open / $300 Combo Open
Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

As a lease-purchase driver you will secure and haul diverse freight, complete detailed pre/post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs, and coordinate with dispatch to meet schedules while following safety and regulatory protocols.

Compensation at 80% of gross (avg $7,500–$10,000/wk)
Lease-to-own in 1 year; 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner
