Serve Bartlesville-area flatbed lanes while advancing toward truck ownership via our lease-purchase program (80% of gross; typical weekly $7,500–$10,000), driving late-model equipment and building long-term equity.

Your Responsibilities:

Operate and inspect 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units; perform routine maintenance checks.
Secure and tarp shipments, complete accurate trip logs, and uphold DOT safety and documentation standards.
Work with dispatch to plan routes and ensure timely pickups and deliveries at shippers/receivers.

Drivers receive a pet- and rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support, regular equipment inspections, and a 90-day test drive to confirm the fit.
