As a lease-purchase flatbed operator you’ll move various commodities on regional and long-haul runs, secure and tarp loads, conduct pre/post-trip inspections, and keep precise electronic or paper logs while operating 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth or Freightliner tractors. The lease-to-own option is designed to help you reach ownership within a year while earning 80% of gross and dependable weekly pay.

Job responsibilities:

• Safely operate flatbed rigs and complete timely deliveries.
• Execute proper load securement, inspections, and basic maintenance checks.
• Maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSA recordkeeping.
