Eclectic Logistics presents a lease-purchase flatbed role in Bowie, MD that emphasizes driver rewards and future ownership. Earn an 80% gross split with weekly gross typically between $7,500 and $10,000, and take advantage of our lease-to-own program to secure equipment ownership within one year.

Your responsibilities:

Deliver flatbed freight safely across regional lanes.
Properly secure and protect loads using tarps and approved restraints.
Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment readiness.
Work closely with dispatch and our 24/7 support team to manage schedules and loads.
