- No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

- Weekly Gross:$7,500–$10,000 average to truck
- Trailer Rent:$500 Conestoga / $375 Aluminum Open / $300 Combo Open
- Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Eclectic Logistics is hiring lease-purchase flatbed drivers in Bowling Green, KY, offering a driver-centric program that pays 80% of gross with average weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and a path to ownership in one year. Drivers operate well-maintained 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner tractors on varied routes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely drive flatbed equipment, perform proper load securement and tarping.
- Execute pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate logs, stay in touch with dispatch, and manage delivery paperwork.
