Our lease-to-own structure enables drivers to move toward ownership within a year, operating late-model equipment (2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner) while working with a supportive logistics team.

Your Responsibilities:

Safely transport and secure flatbed freight using proper load securement and tarping techniques.
Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip equipment inspections and log findings.
Coordinate with dispatch, plan efficient routes, and meet delivery schedules while following regulations.
