Eclectic Logistics presents a lease-purchase flatbed opportunity serving Chesterfield, MO for qualified CDL drivers ready to pursue ownership within one year. Responsibilities include running regional flatbed lanes, securing varied freight, and maintaining professionalism with customers while meeting safety and compliance standards.

Compensation & Equipment: Drivers receive 80% of gross with weekly gross averages of $7,500–$10,000 and drive 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner equipment via our lease-to-own program.

Primary tasks:

Complete thorough inspections and report issues.
Perform tarping, chaining, and load securement per regulations.
Maintain logs, records, and clear communication with dispatch.
