Eclectic Logistics offers a supportive, flexible flatbed lease-purchase opportunity in Cicero, IL focused on driver satisfaction and efficient logistics. As a Lease-Purchase Flatbed Driver you’ll manage loaded flatbed runs and progress toward equipment ownership while working with modern systems and late-model trucks.

Your Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain flatbed tractor-trailers; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
Secure, tarp, and load freight using proper load securement techniques.
Maintain accurate logs, comply with DOT rules, and coordinate with dispatch.

Compensation & Equipment: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross $7,500–$10,000; lease-to-own in one year driving 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner.
