Based near Claymont, DE, Eclectic Logistics combines modern logistics practices with a driver-centered approach. In this lease-purchase flatbed role you’ll move flatbed freight on regional lanes, perform required inspections, manage load securement and tarping, and work with dispatch to execute safe, timely deliveries.

Compensation & ownership: Earn 80% of gross with average weekly grosses of $7,500–$10,000 and a lease-to-own option that can lead to ownership within about one year. Fleet includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units.
