Eclectic Logistics is hiring experienced flatbed drivers in Collierville, TN for a lease-purchase opportunity that emphasizes driver satisfaction and safety. You’ll haul flatbed freight on regional and long-haul assignments, handle tarping and load securement, and maintain accurate DOT-compliant records. Pay is 80% of gross with weekly gross commonly between $7,500 and $10,000. The lease-to-own option enables ownership in roughly one year, using well-maintained 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and service tractor-trailer flatbeds.
• Secure cargo, apply tarps, and ensure compliance with securement rules.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and keep ELD logs current.
• Coordinate with dispatch and meet delivery schedules.
