Eclectic Logistics offers a supportive lease-to-own opportunity for flatbed drivers serving Concord, NC. Earn 80% of gross (avg $7,500–$10,000/week) while progressing toward truck ownership within a year and trying our late-model Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner rigs during a 90-day test drive.

Typical duties include hauling varied flatbed freight, performing load securement and tarping, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintaining compliant ELD/DOT records. You will work closely with dispatch and our 24/7 support team to plan routes and resolve issues. Pet- and rider-friendly policies and structured equipment checks are standard.
