Eclectic Logistics offers a driver-first flatbed role in Conway, AR that emphasizes flexibility and a supportive workplace. As a lease-purchase driver you'll haul flatbed freight regionally while advancing toward truck ownership.

Compensation & Equipment:

80% of gross pay; average weekly gross $7,500–$10,000.
Lease-to-own program enabling ownership in about 1 year.
Access to 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner tractors.

Daily responsibilities:

Operate flatbed trucks safely and secure cargo using correct load securement and tarping techniques.
Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and equipment checks.
Coordinate with dispatch and maintain timely deliveries.
