Responsibilities:

Inspect, tarp, and bind flatbed loads using proper load securement techniques.
Perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs, and report equipment issues.
Adhere to DOT rules and safe driving practices while meeting delivery timelines.

Compensation & opportunity: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000. Lease-to-own can lead to ownership within one year; equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner. A 90-day test drive, structured inspections, pet- and rider-friendly policy, and 24/7 support are provided.
