Eclectic Logistics prioritizes driver satisfaction and flexible flatbed work in Minnesota. Based in Cottage Grove, you will perform linehaul and regional flatbed runs, oversee load securement, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries while representing a customer-focused carrier.

Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500 to $10,000 and pursue ownership through our lease-to-own program available within one year. You’ll run late-model equipment (2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner), have access to 24/7 driver support, structured equipment inspections, and a 90-day test drive to evaluate the program.

Your Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maintain flatbed tractor-trailers.
Load, tarp, and secure freight to DOT and industry standards.
Keep accurate logs, reports, and pre/post-trip inspections.

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A with flatbed experience and professional driving record.
