Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Eclectic Logistics is expanding lease-purchase flatbed opportunities in Council Bluffs, IA.

Capture 80% of gross revenue and average $7,500–$10,000 per week. Our lease-to-own plan accelerates ownership in under a year, driving 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner trucks.
