Eclectic Logistics offers Dallas-based flatbed drivers a lease-purchase path and a driver-centered working environment. The role centers on secure freight movement, equipment stewardship, and professional service.

Key responsibilities:

Operate and inspect flatbed tractors and trailers; ensure loads are properly secured, balanced, and tarped.
Execute pre- and post-trip inspections, report defects, and perform basic preventative checks.
Maintain accurate ELD/logs, comply with hours-of-service and DOT regulations, and coordinate deliveries with dispatch and customers.

Pay & Ownership: Drivers receive 80% of gross (typical weekly gross $7,500–$10,000) with a lease-to-own option in one year on 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner equipment.
