Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Weekly Gross:$7,500–$10,000 average to truck
  • Trailer Rent:$500 Conestoga / $375 Aluminum Open / $300 Combo Open
  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)
  • No balloon payment
  • Pilot/Flying J fuel card required
  • Quarterly equipment inspections

Take control of your career with an 80% pay split and average weekly grosses of $7,500–$10,000. Our lease-to-own program helps you gain truck ownership within a year, driving late-model Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner rigs.

  • Execute regional and long-haul flatbed runs
  • Secure and inspect diverse loads (steel, machinery, lumber)
