Join Eclectic Logistics for a lease-purchase flatbed role serving Dover, DE and the surrounding Mid-Atlantic lanes. You will drive 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner tractors, perform securement of varied flatbed freight, and maintain compliance with DOT and company procedures.

Core duties:

Safely transport and properly secure flatbed loads.
Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and report findings.
Maintain logs, freight paperwork, and timely communication with dispatch.

Drivers benefit from a pet and rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support, routine equipment inspections, and a 90-day test drive. Pay is 80% of gross with weekly gross typically $7,500–$10,000.
