Eclectic Logistics invites experienced flatbed drivers in Durham, NC to join a lease-purchase program that emphasizes driver support and quality equipment. Typical work involves hauling flatbed freight, applying securement techniques, performing vehicle inspections, and coordinating with dispatch for efficient runs.

Your Responsibilities:

Secure and protect freight using industry-standard tie-downs and tarping.
Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
Maintain timely delivery communications with dispatch and customers.

Opportunity & Benefits:

Compensation at 80% of gross with weekly gross averages of $7,500–$10,000; lease-to-own in one year driving 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner. Drivers enjoy a pet/rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support, organized inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
