Eclectic Logistics is offering a lease-purchase flatbed opportunity in Eden Prairie, MN that balances independence with company support. Expect a mix of regional and longer routes where safe handling and efficient load management are essential to daily success.

Key responsibilities:

Load securement, tarping, and safe transport of flatbed freight.
Routine pre- and post-trip inspections and timely reporting.
Clear coordination with dispatch and round-the-clock support to resolve operational issues.

Compensation & perks: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000. Operate late-model 2019–2020 tractors, access a 90-day test drive, pet/rider-friendly policy, and a structured lease-to-own path to ownership within one year.
