Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Eclectic Logistics seeks flatbed drivers in Elgin for our forward-looking lease-purchase program, combining competitive pay and ownership opportunities.

Drivers retain 80% of gross earnings—typically $7,500–$10,000 weekly—while advancing to full ownership of modern Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner trucks within a year.

Primary Duties:

  • Load securement and safe flatbed transport
  • Detailed pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Accurate logging and regulatory adherence
