Eclectic Logistics operates with a driver-first culture, providing flexible flatbed routes and strong support for lease-purchase operators in Elizabethtown, KY. You’ll run modern tractors (2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner) while working toward ownership through our lease-to-own program.

Daily work focuses on safe transport, proper load securement and tarping, routine equipment inspections, and coordinating timely pickups and deliveries with dispatch and customers.

Compensation & Support:

80% of gross; weekly gross typically $7,500–$10,000
Pet- and rider-friendly policy, 24/7 driver support, and a 90-day test drive
Lease-to-own pathway to full ownership in about one year
