Join a forward-thinking logistics team offering flatbed lease-purchase roles in Fayetteville, AR. You’ll manage regional and long-haul flatbed assignments, delivering loads responsibly while progressing toward ownership through our lease-to-own program.

Key responsibilities:

Perform detailed pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain equipment records.
Secure, tarp, and transport flatbed freight using industry-standard methods.
Keep compliant logs and follow DOT hours-of-service and safety regulations.
Coordinate with dispatch and our 24/7 support team for timely deliveries.

You’ll earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and can lease-to-own within one year. Operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner trucks. Perks include pet and rider-friendly rules, structured inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
