Join a driver-focused team serving the Dallas–Fort Worth market from Garland. Eclectic Logistics offers a clear path to ownership while paying 80% of gross with typical weekly earnings of $7,500–$10,000. Our lease-purchase plan can lead to ownership in one year and includes a 90-day test drive. Fleet consists of 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment.

Primary duties:

Safely operate flatbed tractor-trailers and secure freight using industry-standard tie-downs and tarps.
Perform thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate BOLs and logs.
Communicate with dispatch to manage schedules and on-time deliveries.
