Eclectic Logistics is offering a lease-purchase flatbed role for experienced drivers in Greensboro, NC, combining competitive pay with a clear path to equipment ownership. Drivers will handle flatbed load securement, tarping, routine maintenance checks, and timely deliveries across regional routes.

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure securement of varied flatbed freight and safe operation of the tractor-trailer.
Conduct and document thorough pre/post-trip inspections.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to meet schedules.

Opportunity & Benefits:

Earn 80% of gross with weekly averages of $7,500–$10,000; lease-to-own in one year and operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner units. Pet/rider-friendly, 24/7 support, structured inspections, and a 90-day test drive are provided.
