What you'll do:

Handle flatbed freight including securement, tarping and load distribution.
Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report equipment issues.
Work with dispatch to plan efficient routes and meet customer schedules.
Keep accurate trip records and adhere to DOT/ELD compliance.

This role includes regional and long-haul runs, backed by a 24/7 support team and driver-friendly policies. Compensation: 80% of gross (typical weekly $7,500–$10,000) and a lease-to-own option within one year with a 90-day test drive.
