Based near Hockessin, DE, Eclectic Logistics is a progressive trucking firm focused on driver support, flexible schedules, and efficient flatbed operations. In this lease-purchase flatbed position you’ll haul and secure freight on regional lanes, conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, manage tarping and load securement, and coordinate with dispatch for timely deliveries.

Compensation & ownership: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and a lease-to-own path that can lead to equipment ownership within about one year. Trucks include 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner models.
