Eclectic Logistics offers a supportive, flexible lease-purchase flatbed opportunity for drivers based in Iowa City, IA. The role emphasizes safe flatbed operations, secure freight handling, and punctual deliveries across regional lanes and selected long-haul routes.

Key responsibilities:

Safely operate and maintain 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner tractors and flatbed trailers.
Execute thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain compliant logs and shipping documents.
Perform load securement, tarping, and DOT-standard tie-downs; communicate with dispatch and our 24/7 driver support.

Drivers receive 80% of gross (typical weekly gross $7,500–$10,000) and can pursue equipment ownership through a one-year lease-to-own program.
