Partner with a driver-centered logistics company offering flexible, supportive flatbed opportunities in Jackson, TN. The lease-purchase program accelerates ownership while you operate well-maintained 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner trucks across regional lanes.

Key responsibilities:

Operate flatbed trucks safely and perform comprehensive pre/post-trip inspections.
Secure, tarp and protect freight; ensure compliant load securement practices.
Maintain communication with dispatch and adhere to scheduling and routing requirements.
Perform routine care and inspections on lease equipment.

Compensation is 80% of gross (avg $7,500–$10,000 weekly). Additional perks include a one-year lease-to-own option, pet & rider-friendly policies, 24/7 driver support, and a 90-day test drive.
