Eclectic Logistics brings a driver-first approach to freight moving, offering flexible support and modern solutions for flatbed operators based in Jamaica, NY. This lease-purchase role provides a pathway to ownership while you operate late-model equipment.

Pay & Equipment: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000; drive 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner units and enter a lease-to-own program aimed at ownership within one year.

Primary Duties:

Safely load, secure, tarp, and transport flatbed freight to assigned destinations.
Perform routine pre/post-trip equipment inspections and document findings.
Keep accurate trip records and comply with applicable regulations to ensure on-time deliveries.

Enjoy pet- and rider-friendly policies, 24/7 driver support, and a 90-day test drive to evaluate the fit.
