- No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

- Weekly Gross:$7,500–$10,000 average to truck

- Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Eclectic Logistics seeks experienced drivers for a lease-purchase flatbed position in Joliet, IL that emphasizes support and ownership potential. Operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner units and participate in a lease-to-own program that can result in ownership in one year. Earnings are 80% of gross with weekly gross averages of $7,500–$10,000.
Responsibilities:
- Safely secure, load, and deliver flatbed freight on assigned routes.
- Conduct equipment inspections and maintain compliant logs and records.
- Work with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
