Primary duties:

Load, secure, and transport flatbed freight safely across regional routes.
Perform thorough pre/post-trip and equipment inspections; handle load securement tasks.
Maintain timely communication with dispatch and accurate regulatory records.

This position features an 80% gross pay split (avg $7,500–$10,000 weekly) and a lease-to-own option that can lead to ownership in one year. Drivers operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner units and receive 24/7 support, pet/rider-friendly policies, and a 90-day test drive.
