Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Eclectic Logistics is searching for lease-purchase flatbed drivers in Martinsburg, WV. Drive high-quality 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units en route to ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Securely load and transport flatbed freight across regional routes
  • Conduct essential pre-trip and post-trip safety checks
  • Maintain precise logs in compliance with DOT
  • Work closely with dispatch for efficient scheduling
